        Submit a request through the account settings page or contact us as support@thekoutoswiss.com

        Provide prouf of account ownership to verify your identity.

2. What is delete

      Upon approval of your request, we will : 

       Delete your account information, including name, email and profile details.

       Remove all data retrieve from connected platform ( Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter/x, Youtube)

      Retain only legally required records, such as transaction logs.

3. Retention of Data

Certain data may be retained for:

Legal compliance purposes.

Fraud detection and prevention.

4. Timeline for Deletion

We process deletion requests within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.
